Scot approached this project as a way to unite authors and artists from around the world for a worthy cause. He is the leader behind the book, coordinating the design of the cover, website, format of the book, and editing of the stories. He also was responsible for keeping in contact with each of the authors and artists involved.
Authors and artists from the continents of North America, South America, Australia, Europe, Asia, and Africa are represented. Scot has recruited authors and artists from the United States, India, Australia, Nicaragua, United Arab Emirates, Ireland, South Africa, Brazil, Sweden, Philippines, Kenya, United Kingdom, Pakistan, and Romania. All of them were more than eager to lend a helping hand.

About the Creator:
Scot Savage is a full-time Software Engineer and a licensed Illinois Locksmith who enjoys writing in his spare time. After completing his first novel, The Groover’s Last Stand, a psychological thriller, Scot decided to launch another book that would help pets in need of a good home and spread racial harmony.
Scot was born in Chicago, IL and now resides in Schaumburg, IL with his significant and tolerant other, Nicole Chelios. In 1989, he graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a B.S. in Computer Science.
Despite his two professions, Scot still finds time to satisfy his passion for writing and putting his thoughts to paper. Rather than waiting for a publisher, Scot has decided to release and self-publish this book for charity through his own company called Scot Books.
